Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Note: Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:
- Customized products or equipment
- Digital products or downloadable software
- Health and personal care items
- Gift cards
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; all returns must be processed through WCS Global Medical Technology.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted. Examples include:
- Items showing signs of use or wear
- Products not in original packaging or missing components (unless due to WCS error)
- Items returned beyond the 30-day window
Refund Process

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns

- Expensive Items: For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
